Do my credits expire?
No. One credit equals one packet, and the credits you buy never expire. That is separate from how long a generated packet stays reopenable.
How long can I reopen a packet I already generated?
A free packet reopens byte-for-byte as originally shipped for 90 days, and a packet you spent a credit on stays reopenable for 1 year. After that window we keep a lightweight summary (role, company, dates, scores), and reopening it means generating it again.
What is in a packet?
The fit assessment scored against the actual posting, a tailored ATS-safe resume and cover letter, hiring-manager outreach drafts, and a LinkedIn update kit, using your history as source material and ready for your review.
Can I receive a refund?
Credits already spent on a packet are non-refundable once used, except where required by law. Unused credits are refundable on request, email privacy@scoutlane.app.
What are the Interview Kit and Debrief?
Optional add-ons for a specific role. The Interview Kit is $4.99 and the post-interview Debrief is $3.99. Both are per job, never a subscription.
