Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ScoutLane, operated by RMMM Holdings, LLC. By using the service you agree to them.

What ScoutLane does

ScoutLane turns your resume and a job description into an application packet and interview materials built only from facts you provide. We do not fabricate content, stuff keywords, use invisible text, or auto-apply on your behalf.

Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the resume, job descriptions, and other materials you provide, and of the outputs we generate for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your content and deliver the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide and for how you use the outputs.

Acceptable use

Do not use ScoutLane to submit false information, impersonate others, infringe rights, or violate law. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service, including automated scraping or overloading it.

Payments

Some features, including the Interview Kit, are paid, one-time purchases. Prices are shown before purchase and charged through Stripe. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

No guarantee of outcomes

ScoutLane helps you produce honest, well-structured materials. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, that any resume will pass a given ATS, or any particular job-search result.

Availability

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RMMM Holdings, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the acceptable-use rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
